This is our second visit to Rome and both times we stayed here. The hotel is in a great location. There is a ton of food options right around the corner in the Campo di Fiori square. We easily walked to nearby sites including the Vatican, Castel St Angelo, Piazza Navona and the Trasteverre area for a food tour. The hotel staff, ESPECIALLY Valentina, helped with arranging car transports as needed and booked tours available through the hotel. The rooftop terrace is what sold us the first time when researching hotels. You will love this hotel!!!

My wife and I just returned from Rome where we spent 3 nights at Hotel Campo de Fiori. We had been there 8 years ago with 2 of our kids and loved the location, so decided to return. Our room was on the 6th floor and had a terrace, which we used quite a bit and really enjoyed. If considering keep in mind elevator only goes to 5th floor, so you will need to walk up another floor with luggage. I also think you lose some room (square footage) by having the terrace, so not much space for luggage. Similar to cabin on cruise ship. That said, the hotel location makes up for this: You can walk about anywhere and are close to great restaurants. The adjacent square has a daily market with fresh produce, gifts, etc. Daily breakfast buffet nicely presented in a cool basement 'vault'. Staff always helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We spent 3 nights at Boutique Hotel Campo de’Fiori at the beginning of May 2024. This was our first visit to Rome and we had chosen the hotel based on location and some really glowing reviews we had read. We were not disappointed! We had prebooked transfers to and from the airport and were met promptly and delivered right outside the entrance of the hotel. First impressions were great with a really warm welcome from Valentina and a chat with some fellow guests whilst we checked in. Our deluxe room was on the fourth floor and had a lovely view overlooking Piazza del Biscione. The room was decorated beautifully, it was spotlessly clean and was plenty spacious enough for us. We have, in the past, had problems with the size of shower cubicles and based on one previous review of the hotel we did worry about this, but without reason as we found it to be of a good size and the bathroom was perfectly fine for our needs. We had booked breakfast which was served in the charming breakfast room with a delightful spread of beautifully presented breakfast choices and we were offered cappuccino and a choice of eggs freshly cooked to our liking. The lovely waitress was warm and welcoming. The hotel was perfectly located right in the Centro Storico with all the major sites being walkable to from the hotel but reception were also happy to call a taxi for us when we ventured further afield. The hotel was also in the perfect place to be able to come back during the day and ‘flop’ to rest our feet! We had also prebooked the golf buggy tour which was a wonderful 3 hours being driven around the city by a very knowledgeable guide who showed us parts of the city we would never have managed to find otherwise, the trip was really special and well worth the money. Our stay was truly memorable, the hotel was charming and perfect for us in every way. The staff were so warm, friendly and accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and we will certainly stay here again when we next visit Rome.

My husband and I loved our 11-night stay at this 23-room hotel! Valentina the owner, Adam and everyone else on the staff, were wonderfully caring and helpful. We are an older couple with some mobility issues and with their help scheduled two golf cart tours. Our guide was very knowledgeable about art history, all of the churches and museums big and small, and countless restaurants in Rome. This hotel made our trip to Italy a great experience. Staff at the desk would call taxis for us, and we were encouraged to telephone if we needed a taxi sent to pick us up. It was very clean. There was a delicious buffet breakfast available every morning, we attended Mass at the nearby San Andrea Basilica, and the hotel arranged for us to be included in the Pope’s Wednesday morning audience in St. Peter’s square. Valentina also scheduled our tours in Florence and Venice. Even from outside Rome, we knew we could call on her and those at the hotel desk to help us if there were ever a problem. We think their generosity and hospitality is impressive and amazing! We will stay there again.
